6 Week Fitness Challenge

The Your Pace Challenge 2019 is a fitness challenge that will move away from the traditional Transformation and Weight Loss challenges you usually see going around that are ridiculously overpriced to make huge profits off people without actually equipping them with real sustaining results through extreme diets and over-training. This challenge is focussed on what the fitness industry should be focussing on as the main goal and that is health and fitness, and not measuring the success of someone by only looking skin deep. Weight Loss and body composition changes should only ever be looked at as a positive by-product to exercise, not the main reason we do it. This challenge will teach its participants how to train smart and work towards life-long results rather than just the 6 weeks itself.   • There is no weigh ins or body fat measurements. Before and After photos are optional and only for the use of the participant (Your Pace Training will not use or keep the photos for any marketing purposes nor publish them publicly on any platform)
  • This is a fitness challenge. So the starting and 6 week measurements are done via a Fitness Test that will test Muscular & Cardiovascular Endurance which will give you a certain level of fitness and recommendation of how many sessions you should attend a week in order to progress through fitness levels over the 6 weeks.
  • The Challenge officially starts on Friday the 25th January. There will be a Morning and Evening time slot available to attend the Initial Fitness Test on this day.
  • The Challenge will Officially end on Friday the 8th of March which will have 2 time slots available (1 morning and 1 evening) in order to conduct the End of Challenge Fitness Test. 
  • There will be a break-up BBQ on Saturday the 9th of March to celebrate all of our achievements over the last 6 weeks.
  • You will be added to the Challenge Facebook Group where there will be daily motivation and weekly videos/blogs related to feeding mind information to equip you with life-long relevant knowledge to be able to carry on with your hard work long after the 6 weeks is up. 
  • You have access to all classes from Your Pace Training so you can come to as many or as little as you like, keeping in mind that to improve on your fitness results, a higher attendance is essential.
  • Last of all, I aim to make the experience as much fun as possible and using the opportunity together to creating a Healthier and Happier Community through Healthier and Happier People.

“Your Pace Challenge 2019” Terms and Conditions:

  • To secure a spot on the challenge, full payment is required within 3 business days of agreeing to sign up for the challenge.
  • Any withdrawals from the challenge prior to the registrations close date will incur a fee to the amount of 50% of the price with the other 50% refunded.
  • Any withdrawals from the challenge after the registration close date will not be refundable.
